higher education degree
1 point: Qualification in a shortage occupation (e.g., IT,
healthcare, engineering)
Professional Experience (Maximum 3 points)
3 points: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
within the last 7 years.
2 points: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
within the last 5 years.
Language Skills (Maximum 4 points)
3 points: German language skills at level B2 or higher.
2 points: German language skills at level B1.
1 point: German language skills at level A2.
1 additional point: English language skills at level C1 or
higher.
Age (Maximum 2 points)
2 points: Applicants under 35 years old.
